Responsible Dog Ownership
P.U.P.S. believes in, and promotes, responsible dog ownership.  One way to show care and concern for your pets is to certify them as Canine Good Citizens.  P.U.P.S. sponsors CGC tests throughout the area. P.U.P.S. owner, Lesley Bowers, is certified by the American Kennel Club (AKC) as a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

Canine Good Citizen Testing will take place on September 21 beginning at 9:30 AM at the Cape Henlopen State Park Event Field. Net proceeds will benefit "Critters for a Cure" to help stop cancer.
